There is only one bathroom and guests will have to share the bathroom. Reservation schedule permitting we will let either room securing the bathroom for that room only for an additional $10 per night.

 

 The Colonels Room is named for Colonel Godfrey Rees Fowler. After serving in the Spanish American War and World War I, he settled in the old home place of his wife's family and lived here until 1956. The room is decorated in antiques and has a view of the front yard with all of it's majestic trees.

 

Ella Sue's room is a quaint space with a flowery garden feel. After growing up in the house, she married the then Captain Godfrey Rees Fowler and lived abroad until he retired from the US Army in 1934. She lived here until 1973.
